Madhukar Govindaraju is the Founder & CEO of Numly™, Inc. Numly™'s mission is to improve employee performance and employee engagement through the development of soft skills. Madhukar is an experienced entrepreneur and brings more than two decades of experience in the tech industry as a GM/Product Executive, CTO, SVP Engineering, and business leader, at some of the world’s leading software companies, including VMware, Microsoft, TriNet HR, Saba Software, SAP / Business Objects, Hyperion Solutions, HP, IBM, and several successful startups. Most recently, he joined VMware through the acquisition of E8 Security, Inc., where he led the Engineering Organization in the design and development of E8's AI / Machine Learning-based, User-Entity Behavioral Analytics Platform, which is now the backbone for Zero-Trust CyberSecurity Cloud infrastructure, deployed world-wide in various large global corporations. Prior to VMware, Madhukar was at Microsoft Corporation where he led a product engineering organization, that designed and developed Microsoft’s AI / machine learning-enabled, data platforms and services, built on Microsoft’s Customer Knowledge Graph for Commercial Sales and Marketing (CRM) applications, which is now integrated into Microsoft's CRM Dynamics' Customer Insights Platform, delivered via the Azure Cloud.
