Her work is at the convergence of non-linear immersive learning, measurement of content effectiveness in real time through qualitative Ai Analytics. IGNITE creates a secure collaborative ecosystem for scaling metacognition and increasing retention through mindful timely support for learners during their training/educational programs. IGNITE platform aggregates & curates complex content like AR/VR, 360 videos etc. to provide an immersive learning experience. She has been running global startups for the past 10 years. She specializes in human-centric design for business growth strategy, processes, customer experience journey and UX/UI strategy; & its implementation. Her constant source of inspiration comes from her travel experiences around the world to 42 countries in 25 years and counting. They serve as her learning ground for emotional connectivity between human beings, the similarities and differences of how love and fear are expressed in the world at the individual level and how business can express their values into the world to show that they are here to make people’s lives better.
