West Coast Property Group is a real estate investment company that buys, remodels, and sells homes. My name is Ed Zulyevic and I am the owner of West Coast Property Group. We are a real estate solutions company based out of Eugene, right where I grew up. We’re a family owned business and focus on helping homeowners like you find solutions for your problem whether you’re going through a foreclosure, moved jobs, can’t sell your property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons. I started off in real estate in a unique way. My father was a general contractor in the 80’s. I kinda grew up building, remodeling and just fixing everything around a house. I ended up doing owner occupied remodels over the next 20 or so years. During that time I acquired a few rental homes. I volunteered with Habitat For Humanity. I helped build 3 homes in the Eugene/Springfield community. I live in my community, I help people in my community, and I help build in this community. I’m passionate about real estate and entrepreneurship. I use that passion and education I’ve learned over the past 20+ years to help sellers avoid the problems with properties that cannot sell otherwise.
