I am a proactive results oriented senior executive poised to deliver responsible growth and genuine results. I possess a rich mix of technical accounting (GAAP & IFRS) , finance, operations, entrepreneurial and leadership competencies complementing an advanced education and CMA certification. I am able to think both strategically and tactically offering strategies and execution. I am as comfortable preparing and presenting the 30,000 foot view as I am in the rolling up my sleeves in creating the underlying day-to-day transaction details. I began my career in venture capital and have since held a variety of leadership roles including CFO, VP of Finance, Director of Finance, and Controller in entrepreneurial startups, growth, mid-stage, and troubled company work out situations in a variety of industries, both for and not-for-profit. I have negotiated and secured numerous multi-million dollar credit facilities and financing packages using revolving lines of credit, asset based lending, equipment leasing arrangements, and factoring. I have played a key role in driving growth and value of numerous companies from startup to Inc. 500 listing.
