As a lifelong a learner, I spend a lot of my time reading about my passions psychology, behavioral economics, and decision making - but always thinking about how I can apply the concepts I learn to business. I'm not afraid to take a chance on myself, leaving behind certainty to satisfy my itch for entrepreneurship. My current obsession is trying to answer the question "How can we improve the student career exploration process?" Job turnover is shockingly high (70% of recent graduates will leave their first job within 2 years). Low friction in the job market can be good as it enables people to follow the direction of most interestingness and most fulfillment, but it reduces productivity and costs time. There is a better way!
