Bio

I'm an experienced product and customer success leader focused on helping businesses reach their full potential and better connect with their customers. A "growth specialist", I help companies find and build the right product to meet the needs of their customers, scale their success, and win their market. I'm currently an independent consultant in the technology sector. I was previously head of product, development and data science at Qcue, driving vision, innovation, and execution. Prior to Qcue, I was responsible for the growth and success of Spredfast's international/global initiatives, including both product and customer success. In Spredfast's earlier growth stage, I was a leader in defining product strategy and in driving product management for Spredfast's social media SaaS platform, including mobile applications. Pre-Spredfast, I spearheaded metrics-driven website optimization efforts at Vast.com for Vast's key partners, with a dual focus on driving revenue and user experience improvements. I also launched worldwide partner and education efforts for Google's Enterprise division, growing the Google Enterprise Partner program to over 200 partners. I was previously a project manager and technical lead at Trilogy Software, running projects at Fortune 500 companies, as well as a senior member of the technical staff at Cycorp, an Artificial Intelligence research organization.
