I am a process improvement and project management specialist with diverse industry experience. A core objective of my work has always been to improve the efficiency of processes and maintain the highest level of quality assurance. I have a history of community service, as well as enthusiasm that is reflected in my work and positive influence on others. In the past I have led process improvements and new product launch activities in both the automotive and the electronics manufacturing industries. While working in the oil and gas industry I led the efforts to maintain industry and regulatory certifications such as ISO 9001, and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) applicable to the products my company sold in the European market. Most recently, I have been working in transportation infrastructure, providing technical and policy guidance for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) implementations as well as Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSM&O) planning. I am a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
