I have around 12 years of experience across Project Management, Delivery Management, Business Consulting, Business Analysis and Pre-Sales. For the last six years, I have been managing multi-channel mobile and web application development for enterprise and consumer space. Delivery and Account Management • Manage direct relationship with key project stakeholders, C-level executives and business partners for the overall success of the engagement. • Responsible for overall planning and execution of all phases of the project in concert with offshore Project Managers and Delivery director. • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to shape client's enterprise mobility strategy. Project Management • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Plan, Schedule and Track project timelines and delivery milestones. • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Pre-Sales • Manage response to proposal on mobile application development on native and cross-channel platform, Enterprise Mobility Management and Mobile Testing. • Lead virtual bidding team typically comprising of Technical Architects, Product Managers, SME, Estimators, BA, UI/UX Designers and other practice groups for complete response to the proposal, RFP, RFx.
