An Entrepreneur, Amateur Photographer & an Intrepid Traveller. I love to innovate. My first Entrepreneur venture was a chemical trading firm at the age of 23 in India , so yes I started early, did well, travelled extensively, played the guitar in a band and life was good. However I felt I was missing something, and craved to do something more exciting than selling chemicals, ( by the way I hated chemistry in college) so I moved to programming and ITES and closed the chemical business. Relocated to the UK in 2001 and worked in Fortune 500 companies prior to launching my first proper business : WebExcel Solutions in 2006. By this time I was older wiser and well travelled, so webexcel was a proper company which made money, employed people in 2 continents and I enjoyed seeing computer programs solve problems ! Spent the next few years learning all about digital marketing. Soon I got a chance to acquire an ailing company in UK doing online car hire called Drive USA and I scaled that up nicely with a low capital base purely on digital marketing and expanded into USA in 2013. We quickly reached $6M in top line revenue. In 2015, I founded another company called Tellofy Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd. Problem we are solving is that the feedback response rates is very low from consumers and for businesses data exists in silos. Today I am delighted when I can help someone by sharing my experience in tech and business over last 20 years. in spare time I like to sleep, play tennis and love photography. Been a sportsperson and having represented university and state in various events, brings out the competitive edge and the hunger to succeed. My achievements have been appreciated and recognised by the Govt of India for Entrepreneurs Wing.
