I'm currently a third year chemical engineering honors student at the University of Texas at Austin. I have a focus on energy technology and engineering economics. I'm also pursuing a certificate in the Environment and Sustainability track of the Bridging Disciplines Program, a certificate that I've tailored towards my interest in energy policy.I'm currently aiming to gain a holistic appreciation of the modern energy landscape, and an understanding of where the field will be going in future years. I plan to work in industry before returning to school to get my MBA, after which I will do my part to influence the direction in which the energy field moves in a managerial capacity.Aside from professional and academic ambitions, I enjoy reading philosophical fiction in coffee shops, wandering around downtown Austin, and playing board games.
