For more than 25 years, I have developed and restructured companies to achieve new heights of productivity and profitability.As a senior executive and consultant, I have worked with Fortune 500 and emerging organizations to inspire teams, streamline operations, and develop new products and technologies. Together with my colleagues and teams, I drive immediate and sustained results through a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership.My efforts have yielded measurable results for top-ranking companies in the financial services industry. For instance, after joining Transamerica at the economy’s tipping point in 2008, I mitigated risk in the Corporate and Bank-Owned Life Insurance (COLI BOLI) business through restructuring and cost reductions. Later, once the economy stabilized, I helped bring the organization closer to its customers by leading efforts to redefine and reshape the customer experience. I also implemented innovative technologies that connected directly with users online. Earlier in my career, I steered change and growth for National Financial Partners by creating the Strategic Growth Unit and Practice Management division from the ground up, restructuring the Professional Partnerships department, and establishing the company’s Wealth & Income Planning division.I also served as a senior consultant for Accenture for many years. Working alongside other business and technology experts, I developed and optimized business / technology strategies, resulting in performance improvements and cost savings for our clients, which included Fortune 500 companies.Technology has played an important role throughout my career. In one instance, I collaboratively developed and launched the minimum viable product (MVP) for an online financial platform. I have also co-sponsored a cognitive computing / artificial intelligence initiative, and explored robotic process automation—always with customer experience and bottom-line business results in mind.
