Bio
I have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, but broad expertise in Cardiology and related Medical Devices. My Ph.D. dissertation was about detecting heart failure using an admittance measurement using implanted bi-ventricular pacemakers and leads. It is my goal to one day save lives and ease pain and suffering with my science. After starting Admittance Technologies by writing grants worth $4M+, and helping to raise private equity, I have written and implemented a 30 patient clinical trial with six centers, gained IRB approvals, managed association with core labs, gotten a non-significant risk determination from the FDA, helped to collect and analyze all of the data, and am currently in the process of reporting it to move the technology to the next stage of implementation. Specialties: Medical Instrumentation, statistical analysis, data acquisition, preclinical trials, biophysics, clinical trial management, regulatory navigation, grant writing, electrophysiology, heart failure.
