Bio

I am very customer focused and results-driven, thriving in environments where I have the opportunity to operate under pressure. During my time at Signpost, I was one of the first in my class to make it onto the full-time sales floor and exceeded my quota by 35% in my first month. While at memoryBlue, I really grew as a salesperson. I consistently hit or exceeded my quota and finished number 1 in the company in September 2016, in addition to making it into the Champion's Pool. Because of the memoryBlue business model, I was able to integrate and become a part of the team at both ManagedMethods and Couchbase. -ManagedMethods is a Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) that enables companies to discover, monitor, and control the cloud application usage in their organization. -Couchbase delivers the world’s highest performing NoSQL distributed database platform to build enterprise web, mobile, and IoT applications that support massive data volumes in real time. SupportNinja was a former client of memoryBlue's and sought to bring me onboard because of my previous experience in a closing environment at Signpost and proven success during my tenure at memoryBlue. I'm excited to get back to a lean, startup-like environment and help not only SupportNinja to grow, but also all of the clients that we serve with their support needs. I received my B.A. in Electronic Media Communications from Texas State University where I worked on Bobcat Update as one of the lead news anchors. The experience I gained while working for the University taught me how to complete a task under intense pressure with a tight deadline, and perfected my ability to communicate well with any audience. I bring many years of customer service and inside sales experience to the table, and I am confident that any task given to me will be performed with a passion that can hardly be matched.
