Naren has 8+ years of experience in the Healthcare and High-Tech industries, ranging from early stage digital health startups to Fortune 100 companies. Drawing on his combined business and product management backgrounds, he has led successful strategic market and technology assessments for healthcare players in the Provider, Health IT and Medical Device industry as well as M&A commercial diligence for healthcare “new entrants” in the Private Equity and Telecom space. Naren’s professional experiences have focused on digital health market assessments in the telehealth, remote patient monitoring, senior care, home health and digital patient engagement markets. His core focus includes market sizing, segmentation, commercial due diligence, target search and screen and competitive analysis. He has supported projects related to consumer experience (CX) analytics / VoC, customer value / ROI modeling, pricing, technology architecture planning, and vendor selection. He also has a strong familiarity with alternative payment models, new reimbursement models such as Chronic / Transitional Care Management (CCM/TCM), Medicaid DSRIP, HIT policies related to Meaningful Use, HITECH, OMNIBUS and ICD-10, and clinical workflows around EHR and Patient Engagement.
