As a collegiate football trainer, Sherry "ShamRock” followed her dream becoming a cheerleader the next year not realizing the effect the 2 roles played in her future. Now a 20 yr expert in the fitness industry, she has extensive experience managing mergers and directing pre-sales & grand openings for commercial & corporate fitness companies in Atlanta, Utah & Texas. But recognizing the synergies between cheer motions & free weight training is what inspired her to create her company & product! Motivated to "Put the American Spirit into Fitness,” ShamRock founded FIT 2 CHEER, fusing 2 great programs: FITNESS & CHEERLEADING into a fun & high intensity workout! Also to Target, Tighten & Tone the Troubling 4Tzone™ Tummy, Tush, Thighs & Tri's she created PoundPoms® (weighted pom poms) to add FUN to her new dance workout, conditioning & self-esteem series! Her company is first & foremost a fitness company and as an expert in running successful gyms she understands that creating gym traffic is the way to increase sales. Her programs, tapping into the highly lucrative cheer industry can only lead to gym success!
