Mark Dominguez is a San Antonio based co-founder of ActiveCanopy, Inc. Mark has over 25 years of experience supporting the commercial sector, defense industry, and intelligence community with threat intelligence and computer network investigations and operations. Mark is a passionate and creative thought leader that has led talented teams of analysts in producing quality national security reports and actionable intelligence. Mark’s career has afforded him the opportunity to work with federal agents, system engineers, and cyber analysts in the monitoring and live analysis of network events, incident response and insider threats to associate exploitation methodologies. Mark has also chaired numerous collaboration sessions with stakeholders in the cyber community sharing threat data of cyber anomalies and intrusion investigations.

Mark has been recognized as a pivotal leader within the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF) Analytical Group [a Federal Bureau of Investigation organization] with the development and shaping of mission and core analytical capabilities. Achievements for Mark have included the leader of the team awarded the National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation for actionable cyber intelligence in 2010; receiving the Diamond Excellence Award for extraordinary achievement in 2011 within ManTech’s Cyber Defense Business Unit.
