In my current role I manage all aspects of business at CirrusPoint Solutions. My background is both technical and process oriented and has always been focused on delivering something to someone in order to solve a problem. What I enjoy the most now is building a business and leading an organization which includes identifying strategies that consistently moves our business forward. This includes the strategies around our Service Level Analytics and Monitoring solutions. In my career I have spent a lot of time solving operational challenges for clients. I would be considered an expert in enterprise monitoring and reporting. Along with that I have worked with some really great technology and spent time in some very interesting environments across many different industries.
