7 years ago our President, William Jimenez, decided that he needed to have a world class Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in order to survive in the 21st century business environment. He realize that if you don't stay in front of your customers, someone else will. He found out along the way that just having a follow up system was not enough, however. He needed to be able to position his services in such a way that people really heard him.
