Project Manager at Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation’s Office of Innovation. The TDLR’s purpose is to license and regulate businesses, industries, individuals, and occupations, and to ensure Texans are served by qualified licensees. I am charged with leading Voice of the Customer initiatives as well as collaborating with team members, stakeholders, process owners, directors, and executive management to ensure the VoC is captured, evangelized, and maintains a front row seat in all our efforts to drive transformation improvement projects.
