Each meetup will have 5 presentations that are 5 minutes in length with a 4 minute Q&A from the audience.

Ed is the Director of the Pelion Edge team at Arm. Pelion Edge is the gateway and edge computing piece of the Arm Pelion Device Management IoT solution.
 
As Co-Founder and CEO of WigWag, Ed lead overall strategy of the company and directed the software teams. Instrumental in raising $5.6M in equity investments, including investments from Hone Capital, Tencent and Foxconn. WigWag was acquired by ARM Limited in Jan of 2019.
 
As one of the founding employees at LifeSize Communications, Ed Hemphill led the sales engineering team through all major customer wins in the Americas, enabling growth and resulting in the $400 million acquisition by Logitech.
 
 Director for the Americas SE team. 
 Closed large accounts for LifeSize, acting as the primary technical contact for most Fortune 500s such as Wal-Mart, P&G, Goldman Sachs, and 3M.
Ed has an MBA from the University of Texas and a Computer Science degree from West Point. 
 
He was awarded a Phi Kappa Phi achievement award for system-level software work for a major US intelligence agency. Ed also served in the US Army PSYOP unit in radio and broadcast propaganda, and with the 3rd Special Forces group in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom I. 
 
Travis McCollum
 
Travis is a Senior Manager at Arm inside the Pelion Edge development team. Pelion Edge is the gateway and edge computing piece of the Arm Pelion Device Management IoT solution.
 
As Co-Founder and COO at WigWag, Travis oversaw hardware design and manufacturing, as well as being instrumental in investment and acquisition activites. While at WigWag Travis created manufacturing lines at Foxconn and other contract manufacturers, oversaw all tooling and testing processes, and worked with multiple Tier-1 partners, such as NXP and TI, in creating WigWag's products. 
As one of the founding employees at LifeSize Communications, Travis managed all data-center and management products, which were critical to winning large accounts. This helped lead to a $400 million acquisition by Logitech.
 
 Architected and launched the LifeSize Bridge 2200, LifeSize UVC Multipoint and Multipoint Manager. 
 Oversaw over a dozen products and worked with major OEM customers such as Siemens, Shoretel and Avaya.
 
Travis has an MBA from the University of Texas and a Computer Science degree from West Point. 
 
Travis also served in the US Army, implementing the Force XXI upgrade that included the fielding of the EPLRS mesh networking radio system used throughout the Army’s armor and mechanized units.
