Project Balance is a project management practice that specializes in managing distributed and offshore teams. We help companies manage projects with remote resources, focusing on risk reduction, project process and methodology, and all areas of team communication and building. We specialize in designing data driven software applications and reporting dashboards for small businesses and large federal government grants.
