Bio

I am currently the a Co-Founder of Certmon LLC. In parallel, I am the Senior IT Manager at the University of Texas at Austin. Previous positions include a Senior Global Operations Manager role with Wayne Fueling Systems and a Telecom Operations Control Center/SCADA Supervisor position with the Lower Colorado River Authority. My key qualities and achievements include:  Successfully formulated the Certmon LLC business plan and value proposition  Formulated a marketing strategy to drive customers Certmon services and SaaS roadmap development  Oversaw the $3M departmental O&M budget at the University of Texas, served as Scrum Master for ServiceNow and designed, planned and implemented the ServiceNow ITSM SaaS tool  Software testing & QA design, implementation and continuous review to ensure quality software delivery  Managed a Wayne Fueling Systems Customer Service and Global Technical call center comprising of 70+ employees, managed a departmental budget of $5 M, and oversaw P&L Contract Warranty Services worth $30 M annually for Fortune 500 companies  Formulated and implemented the Wayne Fueling Systems SaaS and New Product Introduction strategies and provided vendor management of Authorized Service Organization Field Technicians and operations (500 companies in North America). I hold a Master of Business Administration (Management), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Electrical Computerized Robotics & Control Systems. In addition, I am a SCRUM Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner and hold ITIL v3 Foundation Certification. My successes include excellent strategic and operational leadership, up-time on production servers, and the effective monitoring of Azure cloud infrastructure.
