Senior Support Technician with over 16 successful years as a Help Desk, Desk Side Support and Junior System Administrator experience looking to use his skills to springboard into the next area of expertise, networking and networking security. Currently, looking for opportunity that would allow me to grow into the network and networking security areas. I am currently enrolled at Austin Community College working toward my Cisco Certified Network Administrator - Security (CCNA-S).
