I am an intellectual property attorney specializing in patent strategy and patent portfolio development, particularly for startup companies. Before moving to Austin, I spent the past 10 years in Silicon Valley developing patent portfolios for companies such as Facebook, GoPro, Malwarebytes, Illumio since their early inception as well as many startup companies. My firm is recognized as a leading law firm for technology companies and has been behind some of the biggest deals in tech such as representing Facebook in their IPO, representing GoPro in their IPO, and representing Github in their recent acquistion by Microsoft. I am a husband and father of 3 children, baseball fan, dog lover, and new Austin resident.
