I am an experienced international CFO/Controller, and Principal at UFO. UFO delivers rock solid, cost effective financial solutions for growing businesses. HOW I WORK: Project Basis Working closely with clients, I perform a variety of finance functions on a project basis. Projects are carefully estimated with specific deliverables and time‐lines. On-Demand CFO and Financial Department My team functions as a contract CFO or Director of Finance for a period of time for a monthly fee. I bring a disciplined, professional finance approach and broad problem‐solving and execution capabilities. Advisory I collaborate and support clients as an advisor in weekly or monthly sessions delivering an objective view, accountability, and advice.
