I am a software engineer who is passionate about mobile development. I enjoy utilizing not only opportunities at my current employer, but also personal projects to gain extensive knowledge developing both native and hybrid/web mobile applications. In addition to the coding, I enjoy the design and user experience aspect. In the corporate environment, I often consult with the designer on the project to suggest ways to better adhere and leverage the native user experience guidelines. I also find the mobile industry itself interesting. I stay up to date on current trends related to mobile development, design, devices, end user usages, sales figures, studies and reports. By understanding user trends, I contribute additional insight on where to focus resources (devices, operating systems, etc) and how end users are utilizing their phones.
