I am seeking an architecture, senior development or technical leadership position where I can play a key role in the definition and implementation of the products and/or services future of my organization. My combination of skills, experience and leadership make me an ideal candidate for any of these roles. I have decades of experience, including roles as a software architect, developer and team lead/manager. I have extensive experience on many systems and especially PC/servers working over the entire product development cycle from requirements to maintenance using multiple methodologies. I have years of native and web application, operating system and related software development experience. I have developed client front ends and back-end servers. I am a professional developer; I persevere and succeed. I am willing to dig in and get my hands dirty. I am a team player, I listen and I am more than willing to mentor more junior team members. I have expert skill and extensive experience using a number of programming languages including Java, Jython, JavaScript, C#, C/C++ and Intel assembler. I am highly skilled in object-oriented analysis, design and development.I have worked with all levels of management from CEO to first line and with people in roles such as architects, software and information developers, testers, project planners and marketers.I was a lead member of the joint IBM/Microsoft team that developed MS/PC-DOS and OS/2. I have been a Java technology consultant to numerous banks and transportation providers. I have been an accessibility architect and IBM's representative to the W3C ATAG group.I am a published author (IBM articles, conferences presentations, technical books , etc.) and I hold 20 US patents.I have served as Adjunct Professor of Computer Science for four different schools. I have taught Java, distributed computing, software engineering and data structures.I am a Oracle certified Java programmer, developer and architect.
