I work with early-stage companies across a number of different industries - Internet and mobile applications, consumer products and services, energy technologies, software, medical devices and financial and business services. I assist with setting up a corporate structure that enables fast and flexible growth, and positions my clients for future financings and liquidity events. I also help with strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions activity as well as employment, licensing and other corporate matters. I understand the opportunities and constraints that most startups face, and provide practical and business-focused advice and counseling. I love working with dedicated entrepreneurs and innovative companies. In addition, I work with investors (angel, seed, venture capital and private equity) in fund formation and investing activities.
