Bio

Recently joined the Salesforce Community Cloud Team. Prior to joining Salesforce I worked at Lithium Technologies. In addition, I have worked in Silicon Valley and Boston in the internet and software space, having spent 5 years at InnoCentive (2001-2006) and 7 years in business and strategy consulting (2006-2013). I have also organized several TEDx events and am an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco Business School, where I lecture on crowdsourcing and innovation strategies for product and process innovation.
