As a senior leader in the organization, I enjoy creating effective, world class engineering teams that are empowered to solve big problems. I like to give my teams a lot of leeway in how they solve the problems, and it's always goal for the team to run fast and with a nimbleness to find the initial solution and then to follow our clients into a more complete application. I always enjoy the recruiting aspects of my job, as an engineer, and as a manager and pride myself on being able to recruit top engineers to join me in my crusade to build software that benefits everyone who uses it.
