Looking for co-founding Chief Marketing Officer to help with all things marketing.

We have our websites, yes, but moreso connecting to CPA practices who would buy our software and ensuring a solid process, consistent branding, etc.

We also need strategic marketing within our app to push CPA practices to use more "tokens" which drives revenue to our company.

This is a very innovative company with a deep bench of ex-Intuit advisors who can help further the product side. We hope you are interested in joining with us on a SaaS journey to automate accounting for global businesses.

Position: Looking for cofounder for equity plus salary
Stock Equity: Short Story: 10-20%. Long Story: In Jan 2020 when this is written, it is 20% salary to 80% equity, but adjusting each month (due to sales) to favor more salary. By June 2020, we hope it is 50% salary to 50% equity and as soon as 500K seed round raised by Sept 2019, then 90% salary to 10% equity (or negotiable). Share of the company (with 6-12 mo cliff) could be 10%, negotiable based on skills and if you can work full-time. Options provided immediately also based on established incentives to increase share in company beyond the 10%.
