Program Raspberry Pi’s and camera modules.

 

Goal:

Set up stations with multiple cameras that can be networked together in order to simultaneously trigger and capture a photo or video clip.  Must be simultaneous, will be pulling synchronized frame grabs.

 

Identify, display and “check” all cameras, able to view live image.

 

Run from a central device: laptop or tablet, including updates.

User selectable Exposure and F stops, and preset configurations.

Capture/download to storage device, with custom naming protocols for collected images

 

Technical architecture (i.e. running multiple cameras off a single Pi, using USB or POE to eliminate power supplies, some Wi-Fi/ethernet choices) and language are up for discussion.  Expecting Python.
