Requirements are:
- A history of successfully shipping applications or critical functions of larger applications in which you served as the primary requirements owner/decision maker
- Must have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of REST API’s.
- Experience working closely with developers in an Agile environment. This includes writing user stories, accepting completed stories and being decisive on issues during the sprint.
- Experience creating wireframes and collaborating with a designer to create the UI/UX for a product
- Requires interaction with customers, stakeholders and users to manage delivery expectations, understand business problems, gather requirements, perform user testing and gather feedback.
- Work closely with engineering leadership to plan functionality, assess implementation trade-offs, manage dependencies and organize work at an epic/roadmap level to ensure business goals are met.
- Comfortable working in an evolving business environment. Able to prioritize and execute work successfully without significant direction.
- Experience building products in a regulated environment, Healthcare preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional relevant experience.
- The Critical Qualification and the absolute first thing we look for is your experience and expertise in working with and or leading a software development team. Your previous experience as an Agile Product Owner should include working with a scrum team, managing the backlog, writing user stories and developing acceptance criteria. “Certified Product Owners” are a plus but not a requirement. You need to be comfortable getting into the trenches with our developers.
- This is not a role for Implementation Managers, Program Managers or Project Managers. As the Product Manager, you will serve as the voice of the product alongside our Program Managers when interfacing with the customer.
