Ideally, you will have:

• Experience with Java, PHP, Python or Ruby
• a CS degree
• 2+ years of experience
• Experience building web applications from the ground up
• Understand HTTP, API integrations backwards and forwards
• Experience with the full stack. From database to HTML5/CSS
• Experience working with multiple frameworks, understand the strengths and weaknesses of each
• Experience measuring and optimizing application performance
• Understand scaling large systems
• Experience coaxing functional requirements out of business requirements
