Do you understand the customer's process as a buyer? You will on June 17 as the BSC Business Success Global Forum
Are you losing sales? Maybe it's not you.
Every purchase is more than a "journey". Each buyer has a buy-in process, what we define as the customer's "Buy-In Continuum"™ — not to be confused with the Star Trek Space-Time Continuum. The process has six distinct steps (and accompanying sub-steps). Each is key if there is going to be a sale. Your sales process can help the buyer accomplish this process and alert you if this is a waste of time. The process changes somewhate depending on if the customer is a suspect, prospect, existing or former purchaser or user.
Join the discussion and share your own experiences at the BSC Business Success Global Forum, Noon Central on Thursday, June 17 (RSVP & details: https://bit.ly/BSCForum)
