Upper Dolpo Trekking in Himalaya is a remote and pristine area close to the Tibetan outskirt of Nepal. Just in the late eighties, it opened for trekkers. Up to that point the region was shut for outsiders. In his book The Snow Panther, Diminish Matheson's depicts his excursion through the delightful place where there is the Dolpo Region.
