I appreciate short walks on the beach, long conversations and being educated about things I know nothing about. I am overly social, fight being under stimulated, generally make people feel super uncomfortable and will most likely create a business idea in every conversation. My modus operandi is quite simple, make the world a better place, bless those around me and have fun in the process. My background started in real estate in 1999, while struggling to focus on education and trying to provide a funding source for my addiction to traveling and surfing. I launched my first startup during my college years selling land on Ebay. This company took me through the highs and lows of commercial development, alternative energy (geothermal and solar), mining development and managing a 40,000+ acre portfolio. At this point I am certain that selling land on Ebay during the late 90's and early 2000's was one of the most unsuspecting jobs that existed. And during that time I still managed to run a summer surf camp with a couple of close friends and even help manage the US Surf Team for Dakine. I truly lived the 4 hour work week and still managed to have fun in the process.
