I provide the operational execution, process transformation, and strategic adjustments that turn ideas into positive results. I live to make a difference. I create differences by translating vision for greater good into reality thru strategy, implementation, and execution. Growing up as a proud Air Force brat and raising two daughters with my amazing wife, I learned to leave a place better than I found it and that we are all in this together. I apply this to my team by looking beyond the bottom line while clarifying, focusing, and driving everyone to get to where we want to go. I have participated in, built, and driven many teams delivering the most demanding software in the industry – enterprise-class, mission-critical commercial software relied upon by governments, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, etc. These experiences have shaped how I view projects: the impossible just takes longer and anything that can go wrong might just. I welcome the “crazy” ideas because that’s where real innovation comes from. If the objective is simple, cookie cutter approaches suffice. With complexity, mixing techniques is essential for success. With my diverse experiences, I naturally adapt my approach to each situation. I am the executive director for Amphion Choirs and I volunteer with University Christian Church and Micah 6. I photograph nature and follow the San Antonio Spurs, the Round Rock Express, and the Houston Astros.
