My passion lies in developing and planning new systems to solve problems. My focus is on rural economic development using Regenerative Nature. I was raised on a traditional livestock breeding farm/business and have an MBA in Entrepreneurship with specialization in technology management and disruptive innovations/systems change. A distinct combination of career and life experiences makes me uniquely qualified for my current project. I have a track record of winning with underdog teams. I am the husband to Karin Ascot and father to two children. I am an active member of the Rotary Club of Austin, participant in the children's schools and contributor to our family's church. Karin and I have identified a new climate change-resilient business supply chain which builds the local economy and nature at the same time. It is the strategic finance of Regenerative Nature as an amenity to greenfield master planned residential communities for fast-growing metropolitan areas. Nature's success metrics are soil quality, wildfire and drought resilience, nutritional quality of the food and plants. Society's success metrics are affordability of the community, social resilience, health and wellness, number of jobs produced within the Citadel.
