As an application developer in the Client Relationship Management division of Morgan Stanley, I have worked with engineers, quality assurance teams, business stakeholders and product managers for 12 different businesses across six continents for capturing, managing and analyzing ~1M client interactions a month. Translating client needs into technical requirements, system integrations, data modeling and analysis, detecting and resolving performance bottlenecks across multiple projects and managing product releases in an agile environment were part and parcel of my daily duties. When I’m not working or studying, you can find me reading Harry Potter for the millionth time or researching Game of Thrones theories or watching Friends or failing miserably at cooking.
