An experienced Digital Product and Project Manager who has worked in the cultural heritage, academic, retail and creative industries over the past five years. I have worked with architects, craftsman, designers, U.X and U.I experts, software developers, researchers, data scientist, curators and art directors. As a Project Manager I spend most of the time creating the right product, done right and managed right. I have been in charge of creating and managing teams, managing scopes, producing project plans, calling out risk, and managing both digital and design teams towards successful projects completion. I understand all about flexibility, so I am comfortable with agile and waterfall approaches. I have acquired also digital product manager skills, by managing desirability with feasibility and viability. I have learnt how to steer projects while always keeping the client's needs in mind. I have gained experience with applying strategic approaches when handling issues such as cropping up or escalating before it's too late. In addition, as a product manager, I have supported the client in the discovery and design processes to arrive at a business/technical specification that developers can execute. Thanks to in-depth technological scouting and a constant exposition to the new media, experience design and the ICT markets. As well as maintaining the quality standards, I am also the person who makes the last call regarding when a project is ready for client demos, client review and handover. Lastly, I have also acquired experience in opening and managing a company branch in UK/London, building international consortia and partnerships, managing the submission of public tenders and overseeing international business relationships.
