C Level Executive with experience leading Strategy, Marketing, Finance, M&A and Operations. Investing Co-Founder of WowYow! a unique and compelling interactive video advertising solution that will reshape how we consume video. At Accelerize New Media/Cake Marketing, my responsibilities focused on operational process design, implementation and management, including financial operations and strategic planning. I designed and managed the KPIs for all operations to drive our success. I oversaw massive revenue growth (500% growth) and improved margins (60% improvement) to cash flow positive position during my tenure. Cake Marketing specializes in tracking and analytics for performance based marketers. Previously, I spent my time working on the strategic direction and internal operations for Digital Media businesses. Most recently, I worked for NEWS Corporation (FOX Audience Network and FOX Interactive Media). I spent my time on the monetization strategy for the NEWS online assets. My specific expertise was in digital marketing and monetization of display, search, rich media and mobile media channels. I worked on strategic M&A transactions, market analysis, operational issues, joint ventures and partnerships across various technologies and sales functions within the organization. Prior NEWS I worked for Experian Interactive. While with Experian Interactive, I worked alongside the CSO providing the analysis and support for the acquisitions of PriceGrabber, ClassesUSA and LMB. All of these businesses specialized in online customer acquisition/referrals for finance, education and retail clients.
