I have over 20 years’ experience working in the IT field in various roles. Business Analysis, SharePoint Site Collection Administration and Project Management. You can call me an IT Generalist with a couple specialty area and I enjoy every minute of it. Working towards PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® Certification. I am very interested in Quality and Process Improvement and have been reading Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma text books. Very interesting. I’m currently working on a few larger projects, Web content inventory and content audit. Understanding where our content is Web wide and ensuring it’s relevant and current. Also, transitioning from SharePoint on premise to the cloud with Office 365 and ensuring our staff work smarter and understand the new tools available to them and how they work together. Currently creating a department SharePoint Governance Plan and will be working hard to ensure everyone understands it. I like to see positive business results and I work hard to make it happen.
