I have worked in the government industry for over 18 years, ultimately gaining experience in areas of human resources, workforce development and training, organizational change, strategic planning, process improvement, and project management. As a business process improvement manager, I specialize in process design and/or re-engineering, coaching and training cross-functional teams, and conducting performance analysis covering all business areas to include leadership, strategy, customers, knowledge management, workforce, and operations.
