The old Swedish word for business is narings liv translated as “nourishment for life.” The typical American spends about 40% of the day working. Wouldn't it be great to leave work satiated and fully nourished as the Swedes would say? Instead too many people leave work miserable and depleted. My goal is to collaborate with organizations so they can, in the words of Peter Drucker, "do well and do good" to make a positive impact. I do this by strategically aligning business systems and processes, while applying positive organizational psychology research, in such a way that allows the business to prosper across the three pillars of the triple bottom line - people, planet, and profit. I believe it starts with the right people in the right roles to make a difference.
