I've worn many hats throughout my career and often take the-road-less-traveled. This has given me a unique ability to navigate through many types of challenges and projects across a variety of industries from wine to technology. In every position I have ever held, creating customer successes (whether internal or external) is my number one focus. It drives - everything I think, - everything I say, and - everything I do. I am constantly curious and a voracious learner - especially if it involves either wine or tech. Recently I became a Certified Salesforce Administrator and have taken on the role as Chair of the Marketing Forum group for Wine Women. Specialties: - Global Training ( Instructional Design / Development / Presentation / Evaluation ) Areas include technical training (systems and applications ), soft skills, product training, and wine education. - Content creation ( from corporate communications to wine tasting notes ) - Project Management - Communications Things to know about me: - I have an analytical mind that embraces the creativity-side of all projects. - I am a project ideas person as well as an executioner. I love making the ideas come to life via day-to-day project management. - I always seek a challenge. If I don't know something, I will figure it out. - I am often the person on a team that puts processes in place among chaos. - Making a difference matters to me - a lot. There is nothing more rewarding than leading or being part of a project that drives the business forward or helps employees or customers thrive.
