Hello I'm Johann. I'm a UX designer currently working a contract role at a digital agency here in Austin. I engage and empathize with users. I tell their stories. I design experiences that make their world a simpler place to live. I'm a designer with a knack for explaining the process to the uninitiated and unfamiliar. I specialize in pulling the best out of cross functional teams and distilling research into insights that lead to actionable solutions. I love to travel, speak Spanish, and get into long winded conversations about the problems that we will one day solve with empathy and thoughtful design. I believe good UX is never finished and a good designer does not claim to know it all, he just knows what he doesn't know and then figures it out.
