Over the last two decades, Prem Babu has made great strides in his career. Starting out in his home country India equipped with a Master's degree in Social Work, he began his career as an intern for Titan Watches. During his six month tenure, he recruited over 300 people to work with the company. Soon after, Prem emigrated to two Arab nations, Qatar and Oman, where he was the sole force behind the automotive industry. Partnering with the biggest brands in the country, he put on a one man traveling show where he showcased and sold cars across the nation. Within the first few minutes of starting his career, he was able to sell a Toyota off of the showroom floor, then another Ford shortly afterwards. Early in his career, Prem began to identify his strengths. He came to realize that he was quite talented at sales. This ignited the spark to a childhood dream; to become an entrepreneur. In 2000, Prem pursued his dream. He emigrated from Asia to New York, where he started his first business, Atheena Inc. Prem acquired a plethora of clients, ranging from family owned businesses, all the way to conglomerates such as AT&T & Petrogulf. When told things are impossible, Prem seeks out a way to get things done. He consults companies and has raised funding on four separate occasions. A company called Channel Live came to him with a concept; To showcase Indian television in the states for a fee. They thought that negotiating the contracts with major Indian networks would be impossible. Prem did the impossible. He flew out from New York to India, met directly with the executives of all the major networks and acquired the necessary licensing agreements. Singlehandedly, he took the company from $35,000 to $1.8 million in revenue. Throughout his career, Prem sought out problems that needed to be solved. From taking orders to mistakes in the kitchen, he started to identify flaws in the hospitality industry. Thus came the inception of Tableswipes.
