"Context is everything" is a phrase that speaks to the heart of what I do best - having straddled multiple industries, been the girl-geek coder behind the scenes and the project manager in front of them, and led content creation and data mining/management teams to accolade-winning successes - I am the perfect candidate to anticipate what's around the corner and well into the horizon. I develop strategies and plans that circumvent issues and create the most efficient solutions. I can geek out on process reengineering, see the matrix behind the code, and know how to use those insights to make meaningful experiences for coworkers, direct reports, and clients. The last year or so has found me freelancing and consulting with top-tier clients who will reference the success of my contributions easily. I am keen on finding a position in-house or with larger projects where I can execute in an environment that appreciates the creativity, drive, and entrepreneurial energy and verve I bring to the table. Culture is an important fit for me, because I thrive in circles where polish, brainstorming, and idea sharing are valued highly. I want a seat at the table; a place where there are high expectations for my contributions and those of everyone around me. It's not in me to fail, so (within tightly held ethics) I'll do whatever it takes to exceed expectations at every turn. I hold a Master's Degree in New Media Management, have created drastic drops in bounce rate (30+ points in one instance), taught Google Analytics classes, cofounded an organization that teaches women Python, managed Hackathon projects/teams, and have supervised end-to-end execution of multimillion-dollar projects.
