2003 to 2005 - Retail construction startup while in grad school. Built over 30 stores in the Chicagoland area. Managed contractors & worked with Franchisor like Subway, Quiznos, Carvel & other independent stores. 2005 to present - 2nd employee at a 100% bootstrapped company. Managed all aspects of technology & compliance as we grew from 2 to 30 employees, from $0 in card funding to over $100 million. Handled multiple websites, APIs, IVRs, 3rd party processor integration, vendor management and PCI compliance. Also involved in setting company strategy and client relations.
